About the artist 

As a self -taught textile artist, I learned from life and from my mother's enthusiasm in textile works, especially knitting. I have an ongoing interest in organic gardening, textile, art & craft, natural materials, dance, life and many more...

I like experimenting with new textile techniques, dyes, especially natural dyes. 

A felting workshop in Belgium in 1985 opened up a new opportunity.

I am inspired by nature. Each piece that I create is original and carries my love and passion.  I have fun painting with wool and playing with fibers. I wish you much fun in looking at and wearing my creations .

Occupations

• 2oo3:  Extension of her work to wall art and sculptures.

• 2002: New start in professional design in art to wear, mainly in felt. 
• 1999: started designing and creating co-operative eco-games

• 1988-2001: Creating and working with textile on a casual base, while raising our three children.
• 1983-1988: Professional design and creation of original and unique clothing utilising natural materials.
